We are still shipping all orders, however please note that Australia Post are experiencing delays in processing deliveries. During this time, we have experienced some delays in receiving stock from our suppliers.

 

I need to change/cancel items on my order

Once you have placed an order, you cannot change items yourself. There is a window from the time order was placed and shipped where we can update the order. Please contact us (link) with your order number.

 

Do you have a size guide?

Please visit our sizing page (link) for approximate sizing guides, however please note that some items differ to this. Please feel free to contact us with any specific sizing questions. 

 

How do I return an item?

If you have purchased the wrong size/colour/product of an item we are more than happy to return the item for a product of the same or lesser value. Please contact us with your order number in the subject line (link) and we will send a return label to you. For full returns policy click here (link). Some returns may incur an extra shipping fee.

 

Have you received my return?

The provided return label has an Australia Post tracking number attached for your reference.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your have placed an order, you cannot change the address yourself, however there is a window from the time the order was placed and shipped that we can update the address for you. The quickest and easiest way is to email us (link to email).

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).

 

The item I’ve received is incorrect. What shall I do?

Please contact us (link) with your order number (XXXXX-WMA) in the subject line.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If an item is faulty when you receive it, you may return it for the same item. Please contact us with your order number in the subject line.

 

Do you need help with your promo code?

If you find that your promo code isn’t work, please see below:

  • You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.
  • You can only use one promo code per order.
  • Some codes will only work for specific people or email addresses.
  • Some codes will only work for specific items.
  • Some codes will not work with items on pre-order.

 

How will I be refunded?

All refunds from Warner Music Australia Store are reverse transactions back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

 

What is a pre-order item?

We offer pre-order titles (a new album, merch item) and the release date when this stock will be available is listed in the product details. Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on the week of release but are not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.

 

Why is my order taking so long?

You may have purchased something on pre-order, in which case the order will be held until the release date.

 

We try to keep as up to date with all our supplier’s databases, but due to circumstances out of our control, sometimes we are waiting on stock to arrive to ship out to you. When this occurs, the product will move to a pre-order.

 

Occasionally an item is no longer available to us, in which case we will be in contact with you as soon as we are made aware of this.
