RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Change of Mind & Incorrect Orders

Please choose your products carefully. Refunds will not be issued for the purchase of an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product) or for change of mind. At our absolute discretion, we may offer a product exchange for incorrect sizes/colors, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the ship date in its original, unworn, and resaleable condition. Any additional shipping fees incurred for discretionary exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Digital Products & Promotional Benefits

Once a digital recording has been downloaded or a digital link has been sent to you, the sale is final and non-refundable. Where a product is purchased to obtain a promotional benefit (e.g., a concert pre-sale code or competition entry), the purchase is non-refundable once the code has been issued. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party ticketing or promotional platforms. Refunds will not be issued due to any errors arising out of these external services and any issues should be raised directly with such external services. 

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a replacement of the same item. However, minor damage that does not affect the core functionality of the product (e.g., slight creases, corner dings, or folds on vinyl sleeves/packaging incurred during shipping) is not considered a major failure and does not qualify for a refund or replacement. Faulty claims must be lodged within 14 business days of the ship date. We will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs only in instances where the product is confirmed to have a major failure or is significantly different from the description.

4. Lost Items 

We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us as ‘Return to Sender’ due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to have the order redelivered. We do not offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.

5. Out of Stock Items

In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock and we are unable to restock the product, we will provide a full refund for the product or offer an exchange for a different product, variant or size of equal value.
